William Skinner employ around
100 people with a broad range of skills including
most trades, site management and administration.
We have a policy of developing people through
training and promoting from within, wherever possible.
Our highly experienced and well trained Project Managers and use of
in-house operatives give us high levels of control
of the programme and ensure that we complete
on time, every time. We also take great care
to ensure that projects are presented for inspection
with zero snags.
Subcontractors are used occasionally to supplement
our permanent workforce when pressure of work demands
but mainly to provide specialist skills such as electrical and security
